What does Easter mean?

I’m Catholic butI went to a non-Catholic church for ages as the local Catholic priest was unkind. As he has now left, can I come back and will I be welcome?

You can certainly come back and you will be welcomed. No one should make you feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. If you come back out of a genuine desire or curiosity to know God or to be reunited with the Catholic Church or something else that is honest and good, then that is to be celebrated.· It is very sad to hear that you felt the priest was so unkind and that you couldn’t remain in the Church as a result. However it is also good to remember that the Church is more than one priest and that you will always be welcome.

Material produced in collaboration with the Agency for Evangelisation in the Diocese of Westminster.
